Project Overview

Participant:

Student, Teacher, community, entrepreneur and other Citizen Scientists in Queensland

Brief :

The project will inspire and teach citizen scientists ( especially students) to understand and preserve marine biodiversity and natural heritage, through sophisticated 3D printing solutions and digital data collection. we will collaborate with school, university, city council and aboriginal community, to reproduce an iconic statue of marine life in Queensland, we  motivate school students and residents understand the heritage in the marine and aboriginal community, via different workshops of 3D printing and related STEM activities.

Through collaboration with school and university partners, and in line with relevant QUT survey & workshop, and STEM competition in Queensland (WERAU),

the project would lead up to a co-creation conservation activity by all members, every participant will dedicate their proportional contribution to our project in our system.

Finally, the statue would be completed in the competition.

As long as more collaboration with the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority. members will reproduce more marine species in the conservation of the Great Barrier Reef, which will become a vital part of Queensland marine education.
